Oh no! Charex babies are made out of vinyl but not quite the same material as Barbie. I would try the magic eraser, get it damp and go around in circular motions, be very careful of any painted features as it make remove that as well. Also too much water can ruin the water so be sure not to over do it. If all else fails, the zit cream would be my next step.. It is time consuming but it does work. I’m sorry about your baby :-(.
